Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, grated (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the zucchini pie to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
