Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw the peas: Place frozen peas in a colander and rinse with cool water until thawed. Drain very well.
