Ingredients
- 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened bread slice.
- Add a small amount of diced strawberries along one edge.
- Roll each slice tightly into a log.
- Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Brush each roll lightly with melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer cheesecake-style filling.
