Quick and delicious 2-Ingredient Apple Pie Cups made with apple pie filling and puff pastry.
Ingredients
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed (2 sheets)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin pan.
- Prepare the pastry: Unfold the puff pastry sheets and cut each into 6 equal squares, making 12 squares total.
- Shape the cups: Press one pastry square into each muffin cup, allowing the corners to extend slightly above the edges.
- Add filling: Roughly chop any large apple pieces in the pie filling. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons into each pastry cup, avoiding overfilling.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
- Cool: Let the apple pie cups rest in the muffin pan for 5–10 minutes before carefully removing.
- Serve: Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the puff pastry is fully thawed before use.
- These cups can be served with ice cream or whipped cream for added flavor.
