Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe pears, halved and cored
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the halved pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and cinnamon.
- Spoon the feta mixture evenly into the hollowed centers of each pear half.
- Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears, ensuring each half is well-coated.
- If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the pears for added crunch.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the pears are tender and slightly caramelized.
