Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the halved pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and cinnamon.
  4. Spoon the feta mixture evenly into the hollowed centers of each pear half.
  5. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears, ensuring each half is well-coated.

  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
