Description

A delicious BBQ Ranch BLT Chicken Wrap recipe that combines grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh vegetables, and a tangy ranch dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 120 ml BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 150 g cooked bacon, crispy and chopped
  • 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 g lettuce, shredded
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced, optional
  • 120 g ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped, optional

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  3. Brush the chicken generously with BBQ sauce during the final 1–2 minutes of cooking. Turn once to caramelize the sauce slightly.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
  5. Heat the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
  6. Spread ranch dressing over each tortilla. Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, BBQ chicken, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar.
  7. Fold the sides toward the center, then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom into a burrito-style wrap.
  8. For a crispy finish, place the wraps seam-side down in a lightly greased skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  9. Slice each wrap in half and drizzle with extra BBQ sauce or ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs work beautifully if you prefer juicier meat.
  • Use smoked cheddar for an extra smoky flavor.
  • Add avocado for a creamy, fresh element.
  • For a spicy version, mix hot sauce into the ranch dressing.
  • For meal prep, keep the lettuce and tomatoes separate until you’re ready to eat.
