Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped shrimp, green onions, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.

- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
