Description

A rich and indulgent Caramel Chocolate Coffee Cheesecake that combines the flavors of coffee, chocolate, and caramel for a delightful dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and cooled coffee until fully combined.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Allow to cool slightly, then fold the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  9. Turn off the oven and crack the door, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  11. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of instant coffee granules to the batter.
  • To make it a bit lighter, substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
