Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the eggs and gently scramble until soft and just cooked.
- Warm the tortillas briefly so they are flexible.

- For the toasted finish shown in the photo, place the burritos seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until lightly browned and crisp.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Add a spoonful of salsa, hot sauce, or sour cream before rolling for extra flavor.
