Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking the beef apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled bacon. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture near the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end toward the point, tucking the filling inside.
- Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds, if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced pickles or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- These roll-ups can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
