Description

A delicious and indulgent dessert that combines creamy peanut butter fluff with edible cookie dough bites, topped with chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped peanut butter cups (for topping)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • ½ cup crumbled edible cookie dough bites (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flour: Heat the flour to 165°F (74°C) to make it safe for no-bake cookie dough. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Make cookie dough: Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Mix in vanilla, flour, milk, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Form dough bites: Roll the cookie dough into small bite-sized pieces. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Prepare the fluff: Beat softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in Cool Whip until light and creamy.
  6. Add mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips, chopped peanut butter cups, and most of the cookie dough bites.
  7. Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch glass casserole dish.
  8. Decorate: Sprinkle with remaining cookie dough bites, chopped peanut butter cups, and chocolate chips.
  9. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the flour is heat-treated to avoid any food safety issues.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
