Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup croutons
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp buttermilk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, croutons, green onions, and most of the crispy bacon.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining crispy bacon over the top.
