Ingredients
- 1½ lb (680 g) baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella, optional
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes and cut larger ones in half. Boil in salted water for 12–15 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain well.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and broth. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked potatoes and gently toss until completely coated in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, if using, and let it melt. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot as a creamy side dish or alongside grilled chicken, steak, or roasted vegetables.

- For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
