- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 serving cups, pressing it down to form a crust layer.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries mixed with lemon juice on top.
- Spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries, smoothing the tops.
- Chill the cheesecake cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow them to set.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, substitute half of the graham cracker crumbs with crushed chocolate cookies.
- To make it a no-bake dessert, use store-bought cheesecake filling instead of making the cream cheese mixture from scratch.
