Description

Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Cups are a delightful and easy-to-make dessert that combines a buttery graham cracker crust with a smooth cream cheese filling and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 serving cups, pressing it down to form a crust layer.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries mixed with lemon juice on top.
  8. Spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries, smoothing the tops.
  9. Chill the cheesecake cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow them to set.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, substitute half of the graham cracker crumbs with crushed chocolate cookies.
  • To make it a no-bake dessert, use store-bought cheesecake filling instead of making the cream cheese mixture from scratch.
