Description

Easy No-Bake Pineapple Pie with Sweetened Condensed Milk, Whipped is a delightful treat you must try!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipped topping (for topping, optional)
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes (for topping, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (for topping, optional)
  • A few small pineapple pieces (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to help the crust set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until no lumps remain.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pineapple mixture until smooth and fluffy. Avoid overmixing to maintain a light texture.
  5. Spoon the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust. Spread evenly with a spatula, smoothing the top.
  6. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until the filling is set enough to slice cleanly.
  7. Before serving, add swirls of whipped topping, toasted coconut flakes, crushed graham crackers, or small pineapple pieces. Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Drain the pineapple thoroughly: Excess juice can make the filling runny. Press the pineapple gently through a fine-mesh strainer.
  • Use softened cream cheese: Room-temperature cream cheese blends more smoothly with condensed milk.
  • Keep the whipped topping cold: Fold it in while thawed but still cool for a fluffy filling.
  • Allow enough chilling time: Overnight chilling gives the pie the best texture.
  • Store properly: Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
