Description

Garlic Parm Bacon Cheeseburger Fritters are a delicious and savory snack that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the crispy texture of fritters.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the eggs to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small patties or fritters, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Carefully place the fritters in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them plain.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or chopped jalapeños to the mixture.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef for a lighter option.
