Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious treat that combines the flavors of cheeseburgers with a buttery garlic Parmesan topping, all wrapped in biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 biscuits
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking up the beef as it browns.
  3. Drain excess grease, then add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and well combined.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  6. Place about 2–3 tbsp of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  7. Pull the dough edges up around the filling and pinch firmly to seal. Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with the 2 tbsp melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. While they bake, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  11. Immediately brush the hot cheeseburger bombs generously with the garlic Parmesan butter.
  12. Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
