Description

A delicious and creamy high-protein dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate chip cookie dough with the health benefits of Greek yogurt and protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz (225 g) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup powdered peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup light whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2–4 tablespoons milk, as needed
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)
  • ¼ cup edible cookie dough crumbles (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the yogurt: Mix in the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until completely combined.
  3. Add protein: Gradually stir in the vanilla protein powder, powdered peanut butter, almond flour, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Adjust consistency: Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and fluffy.
  5. Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping to create a light, airy texture.
  6. Add chocolate chips: Stir in the mini chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
  7. Transfer to casserole: Spoon the fluff into a 9 × 9-inch sky-blue ceramic casserole dish. Smooth the surface into soft swirls.
  8. Decorate: Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and edible cookie dough crumbles.
  9. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the dessert to firm up slightly.
  10. Serve: Scoop into individual bowls and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • Adjust the amount of milk based on desired consistency.
  • Use a light whipped topping for a lower-calorie option.
