Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the honey garlic mixture.
- Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or drizzle with sriracha before serving.
- Substitute maple syrup for honey for a vegan-friendly version of this dish.
