Description
Delicious and easy-to-make Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 24 pepperoni slices
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Place 3 pepperoni slices near the wide end of each triangle. Add half of a mozzarella stick.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end toward the tip, tucking the cheese and pepperoni inside.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over each roll and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use spicy pepperoni.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables for variety.
