Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake that combines the flavors of a classic banana split in a creamy cheesecake form.

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1½ cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the softened cream cheese, ¾ cup powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with ½ cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add the fruit: Fold in the sliced bananas and crushed, well-drained pineapple. Be gentle so the bananas don’t become mashed.
  6. Fill the crust: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until completely firm.
  8. Decorate: Before serving, spread or pipe whipped cream around the top. Arrange sliced strawberries, banana slices, and pineapple over the cheesecake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  9. Finish: Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup and top with maraschino cherries.
  10. Serve: Carefully remove the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight.
  • Use ripe bananas for better flavor and texture.
  • Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
