A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Salad that combines fresh peaches, creamy cheesecake filling, and crunchy graham crackers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced (about 3 medium peaches)
- 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss gently and set aside to macerate for about 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the remaining 3/4 cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Add the macerated peaches (with any juices) to the cream cheese mixture and fold gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with cinnamon.
- In a serving dish or individual cups, layer half of the peach cheesecake mixture, followed by half of the graham cracker mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining peach cheesecake mixture and graham cracker mixture.
- If using, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top for added sweetness and texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

- Substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches (drained) for a quicker option, or use other fruits like strawberries or blueberries for a different flavor.
