- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 packages (9 oz each) strawberry wafer cookies

- Extra strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the chocolate pudding mixes with cold milk for 2 minutes, until thickened. Set aside.

- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
- Add half of the sliced strawberries.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining wafer cookies, cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and chocolate pudding.
- Spread whipped topping over the top.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips or shavings and garnish with fresh strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, so the wafers soften and the layers set.
- Slice chilled and serve.
Notes
- For best results, allow the dessert to chill overnight.
- Feel free to substitute with other fruits if desired.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
