Description

Oreo Peanut Butter Dream Lasagna is a decadent dessert that combines layers of creamy peanut butter, vanilla pudding, and crushed Oreo cookies for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for topping)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the cookies are evenly coated.
  2. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the peanut butter to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully combined.
  5. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until well incorporated.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  8. Pour the pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
  9. Top the pudding layer with the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping, smoothing it out to cover completely.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top for added decoration.
  11. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, add chopped peanuts or crushed pretzels to the Oreo crust.
  • Substitute the vanilla pudding with chocolate pudding for a richer flavor.
