Description

Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread is a fun and delicious twist on traditional pizza, combining the flavors of pepperoni and cheese in a pull-apart bread format.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce, for dipping
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan generously with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough. Separate the biscuits and cut each one into 4 pieces.
  3. Make the garlic butter. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Build the monkey bread. Add the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan to the bowl. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Fill the Bundt pan. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly without packing it too tightly.
  6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  7. Cool briefly. Let the monkey bread rest in the pan for about 5–10 minutes. Carefully invert it onto a serving plate.
  8. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • If the top starts browning too quickly, loosely cover the pan with aluminum foil during the last 10–15 minutes of baking.
