Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the pretzels are evenly coated.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
