Ingredients
- 4 soft pretzel buns
- 1 lb smoked turkey, thinly sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or pretzel salt, optional
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until combined.
- Assemble the melts: Slice the pretzel buns in half. Spread the cranberry mixture over the cut sides.
- Layer: Add smoked turkey and 2 slices of provolone to each bun. Close the sandwiches.

Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapeños to the sandwiches.
- These melts can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
