Description

S’mores Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a convenient bar form, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 graham crackers, broken into small pieces (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips over the warm crust.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the chocolate. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows begin to puff.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces.
  8. Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or broil briefly until the marshmallows are golden brown. Watch closely.
  9. Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a mix of dark and milk chocolate chips.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
