Description

S’Mores Cobbler is a delicious dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a warm, gooey cobbler. It’s perfect for sharing and is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the batter. If using, sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
  6. Carefully pour the hot water over the entire dish without stirring.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  8. Let the cobbler cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a teaspoon of instant espresso powder to the batter.
  • You can substitute the walnuts with pecans or omit them altogether for a nut-free version.
  • For a fun twist, add a layer of peanut butter chips along with the chocolate chips.
