Description

Snickers Bar Blondies are a deliciously sweet treat that combines the flavors of classic blondies with the indulgence of Snickers bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 full-size bars)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars, chopped peanuts, and chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
  • You can substitute the Snickers bars with your favorite candy bars for a different twist.
  • For a nut-free version, simply omit the peanuts.
