Description

Indulge in this decadent Snickers Cheesecake, a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate, caramel, and peanut butter with the beloved Snickers candy bars.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chopped Snickers bars
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until combined.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream. Avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 55–65 minutes, until the edges are set while the center still has a slight jiggle.
  9. Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  11. Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe over the chilled cheesecake.
  12. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce, then sprinkle with chopped Snickers and peanuts.
  13. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smooth filling.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of Snickers and toppings to your preference.
