Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, milk, heavy cream, vanilla ice cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, then blend again briefly to combine.
