Ingredients
- 6 small flour tortillas

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Make the strawberry topping: Combine diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Make the chips: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

- Make the cheesecake cream: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.

- Finish: Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
