Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 200 g vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 package (100 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 480 ml cold milk
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 150 g Golden Oreo-style vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 85 g freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pudding until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine the crushed vanilla cookies, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  6. Layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, pudding mixture, and strawberry crunch in a large serving dish. Repeat the layers.
  7. Finish with a generous layer of strawberry crunch on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
