Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
