Description

A delightful and refreshing salad featuring a mix of fresh strawberries, grapes, and blueberries, topped with a creamy dressing and a crunchy pecan-graham cracker topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (for topping)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Hull and slice the strawberries and halve the grapes.
  2. Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, chopped pecans, and crushed graham crackers. Stir for 2–3 minutes, until lightly toasted and fragrant. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla and sour cream and mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, mini marshmallows, pecans, and shredded coconut.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Just before serving, sprinkle the cooled pecan-graham cracker mixture generously over the top.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy the combination of juicy berries, creamy dressing, and crunchy topping.
