Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the glaze.
- Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
