Turtle Lush is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy goodness with a crunchy graham cracker crust, topped with caramel, chocolate, and pecans.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the refrigerator to chill.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate syrup over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel and chocolate sauces over the pecans and chocolate chips.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
