Description

Turtle Lush is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy goodness with a crunchy graham cracker crust, topped with caramel, chocolate, and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the refrigerator to chill.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate syrup over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  7. Drizzle the remaining caramel and chocolate sauces over the pecans and chocolate chips.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
