  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander or cumin for alternative flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric or fresh turmeric root
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt reduce if using table salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly cracked preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice or lemon juice
For Serving
  • 2 cups Basmati or Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Fresh Toppings such as sliced red onion, cilantro, or parsley
  • 2 pieces Lime Wedges

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). Combine Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garam masala, ground coriander, chili powder, turmeric, kosher salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a medium bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the salmon into cubes and fold them into the yogurt mixture until well coated, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until fully cooked with a crispy exterior.
  4. Prepare basmati or jasmine rice while the salmon cooks. Once done, serve salmon over rice and garnish with red onion, cilantro or parsley, and lime wedges.
