- Slice two pieces of fresh sourdough bread, butter both sides evenly.
- Spread a layer of chilli garlic oil on one side of each slice.
- Layer mature and chilli cheese slices on the oiled side of the bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with buttered sides facing out, press gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 195°C (385°F) and air fry the sandwich for 6 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and air fry for another 6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve.
