Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
Divide the egg, bacon, and cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form burritos.
If desired, place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with salsa or hot sauce on the side.
