Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into nugget-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs for the egg wash. Dip each chicken piece in the egg and then in the panko breadcrumbs.

  6. Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
