Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
