Preparation Steps

  3. Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let it rest afterwards.
  4. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Mix ranch dressing and sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Shred the baked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave or in a skillet for about 15-20 seconds.
  8. Spread the ranch mixture onto each tortilla, add shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  9. Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides, and crisp in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
