  • 4 slices Prosciutto Thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Salami Paper-thin slices
  • 1 cup Arugula Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin for robust taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the focaccia horizontally with a serrated knife to create two equal halves.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce over the cut side of the bottom half of the focaccia.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and layer it over the pesto-covered focaccia.
  4. Arrange thin slices of prosciutto over the burrata.
  5. Layer thin slices of salami on top of the prosciutto.
  6. Scatter arugula over the salami and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Assemble by placing the top half of the focaccia back on the sandwich and pressing gently.
  8. Serve immediately for the freshest taste, optionally with BBQ chips.
