Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Gather your baking dish and ingredients.
  2. Slice mushrooms and red onion, place in an oven dish. Add garlic cloves and thyme, drizzle with olive oil and toss.
  3. Place feta cheese in the center of the vegetable mixture. Season with oregano and add olive oil.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes until feta is soft and golden. Enjoy the aroma while it bakes.
  5. During the last 10 minutes of baking, boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente.
  6. After baking, mash the roasted garlic into the feta and vegetables for a creamy sauce.
