Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the chicken. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
