Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) if using the oven method. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower with buffalo wing sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and flour. Toss to coat.
- For air fryer, lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Place coated cauliflower in a single layer. For the oven, grease a baking sheet, and spread the cauliflower evenly.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
- If using the oven, bake at 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes. Toss the florets at the 15-minute mark for even cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy with a cooling dip, such as ranch or yogurt.
