  • 1 head Cauliflower Fresh and firm
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can be replaced with neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Freshly minced garlic may alter texture
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour Substitute with almond flour for gluten-free
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Additional Buffalo Sauce For tossing before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) if using the oven method. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower with buffalo wing sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and flour. Toss to coat.
  2. For air fryer, lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Place coated cauliflower in a single layer. For the oven, grease a baking sheet, and spread the cauliflower evenly.
  3. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
  4. If using the oven, bake at 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes. Toss the florets at the 15-minute mark for even cooking.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy with a cooling dip, such as ranch or yogurt.
