Next, dip the floured mushroom into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
Finally, roll the mushroom in the breadcrumbs until fully coated. Repeat with all mushrooms.
In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Carefully add the coated mushrooms to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried mushrooms to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
