Method
 

  1. Slice the cucumber into long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cottage cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  5. Place a few cucumber strips on top of the cottage cheese.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end and tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Slice each wrap into bite-sized pieces.
